INFORMATION WE NEED

Thank you for choosing Pool Robots Australia for your robotic pool cleaner repair.

Please provide the following information so we can book in your pool robot for repair:

WHAT TO SEND TO US

For thorough testing, we require everything:

your cleaner
cleaned filter basket/canisters
power supply or charging station if your machine is cordless/battery-operated
cable (secure with electrical tape, string, or some form of cable tie)
submit a Repair Form so we have all the necessary details (this includes warranty repairs).

We do not need the trolley/caddy.
To remove the power supply from the trolley/caddy, hold the trolley/caddy firmly and give quick tug from the top of the power supply (it's just pushed on).

Payment of a $150 inspection fee (or bench fee) is required before we can schedule your pool robot repair. (FYI - this also covers the labour on robotic pool cleaner repairs). As you can appreciate, we have quite a few pool robots waiting to be assessed, we provide an extensive report and quote for pool robot repair, and hence begin the process in order of payment.
